Japanese conglomerate NextRock Group, formerly known as NextRock Investment Group, has unveiled NEXROC Group as its new corporate identity, introducing a new group visual design and brand architecture ahead of its official launch later this year.
The transition marks the culmination of the group’s corporate evolution under the NextRock name. The group will retire its previous identities—including NextRock Investment Group, NextRock Group, and NextRock & Co.—and operate going forward under the NEXROC brand architecture.
The new identity is designed to establish a unified and institutional platform for the group’s expanding portfolio of businesses and investments. According to the group, NEXROC represents its final corporate identity and is intended to serve as its long-term global brand architecture.
The group’s corporate evolution is reflected in the following transitions:
NextRock Investment Group → NextRock Group → NEXROC Group
NEXRock → NextRock & Co. → NEXROC, Inc.
SVCV Group → SVCV Global → SVCV, Inc.
NEXTLife → NextLife → NEXLIFE Group
With the NEXROC identity now established, the group intends to consolidate its businesses and operations under a consistent institutional brand structure ahead of its official launch.
NEXROC is expected to announce its team members and additional business acquisitions later this month.
